Billiard tables produced by "Ruptur" are recognized by international and national billiard sport organizations and fully meet the "Basic technical requirements for tournament billiard tables and equipment for billiard sport competitions (pyramid)". The quality of billiard tables produced by "Ruptur" is confirmed by the corresponding certificates of the International Pyramid Committee, European Pyramid Committee, Belarusian Billiard Sports Association:
Rules of shipping, storage and maintaining of a billiard table
- During shipping, storage and usage a billiard table should be protected from fire, dirt, shocks, impacts, getting wet and falling from any height, sudden changes in temperature and humidity.
- In order to maintain warranty obligations all activities on assembly and service of the billiard table should be performed by qualified specialists of the company-supplier of billiard equipment or its local representatives.
- Unqualified actions may entail the risk of misalignment of the plates, breakage of structural elements of the table, damage of its components and as a consequence extra costs for their elimination.
- Air temperature in the room where the billiard table is installed should be between 18-24 ° C, with relative humidity between 40-70%.
- If there are ACs, fireplaces or any other climate control equipment in the room, which reduces air humidity, it is necessary to install a humidifier.
- Possible consequences of non-compliance with the temperature and humidity conditions in the form of slight warping of wooden parts of the table, as well as appearance of cracks related to physical phenomena, peculiarities of solid wood behavior are not covered by the warranty.
- The flooring in the billiard room should have a solid stable base, which will exclude any deformation under the weight of the billiard table (from 340 to 1300kg) during installation and subsequent static load (200kg/m2).
Flooring instability will cause the deformation of the billiard playing field.
Acclimation warning
Attention! At borderline temperatures unpack the billiard table after 24 hours stay in the room.
The manufacturer cannot prohibit, but does not recommend
- To move the billiard table after it has been assembled and put into operation, to try to level the playing field and to carry out any manipulations that require the participation of a specialist, except for the maintenance of the table;
- Place ashtrays, dishes, samovars, glasses and cups with drinks, briefcases, keys, umbrellas, tools and other objects that can stain or damage the cloth, boards, scratch the paint coating of wooden parts on the boards and on the playing field.
- Smoking on the surface of the table and lighting fires;
- Standing on the table, walking on it, using it for mounting lamps and other work, i.e. exposing the table to any mechanical impact;
- Use various chemicals and abrasives for cleaning cloth, wood, brass, leather surfaces that are not specially designed for this purpose;
- Spilling liquids on the table surface;
- Chalk the cue stickers over the playing field;
- Place the table in a room where there are draughts and large changes in temperature and humidity;
- Expose to sunlight and gas burners;
- Do not place the pool table closer than three metres from fireplaces, stoves and other heating devices.
